Who handles your data

What we collect and why

• Your questionnaire answers, starter budget and contractor brief are saved so you can return to them and receive a personal summary.
• If you submit a designer inquiry, we also collect your name, email, phone, optional note and any floor plans you upload. We use these to review the project and respond with an individual proposal.
• The questionnaire generates a summary from your selections. It does not make a decision with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

We process inquiry details to take steps at your request before a possible service agreement. We save drafts under our legitimate interest in letting you continue the service you started. We do not use this information for marketing messages.

How long it is kept

• Incomplete drafts: 90 days from the last update.
• Submitted inquiries and attached floor plans: 12 months from submission.

Expired server records and uploaded files are removed during routine site use. You may ask for earlier deletion by emailing us.

Saving on your device

A necessary cookie identifies your draft for up to 90 days. Your answers are also saved in this browser so you can continue later; the local copy expires after 90 days of inactivity and is removed after a successful inquiry. Language choice is remembered in browser storage. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

Who can access it

The inquiry is accessible to OUYOU for responding to you. Technical hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate the site. We do not publish your inquiry or floor plans.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or raise an objection, by writing to justina@ouyou.lt. You may also contact the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate about a concern.
